Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing company registrations
  • Support renewal processes for business credentials
  • Help maintain login and access information
  • Learn and support online tender screening
  • Assist in preparing prequalification documents
  • Help track and manage tender submissions
  • Support documentation preparation
  • Provide administrative support for tender processes
  • Generate basic sales quotes and proposals
  • Prepare entry-level sales reports
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks
  • Manage documentation and records
  • Support meeting and presentation coordination

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field)
  • Excellent digital literacy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Basic CRM software familiarity
