Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and contracts.
- Monitor stock availability and assist in bulk deal negotiations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
- Ensure smooth customer experience and after-sales support.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is essential. Examples include:

- HubSpot CRM
- Zoho CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Pipedrive
- Freshsales
- Insightly
- SugarCRM
- Oracle NetSuite CRM
- Monday.com CRM
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of UAE and international trading procedures is an advantage.
