Sales Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Educational Qualification:-

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:-

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination

Preferably in Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas sectors

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including quotation preparation, proposal submissions, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and reports for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Support business development efforts by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up with prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients within the Marine, Offshore & Oil & Gas industries.
  • Generate leads and maintain client databases.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
