We specialize in providing high-quality water tanks, custom fiberglass components, pipes, and engineering solutions for infrastructure, water, and construction sectors. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaking) to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing client communication (especially Arabic-speaking clients), and ensuring the smooth flow of order processing and coordination. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of experience ( Freshers are encouraged to apply) in sales support roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector, and must be fluent in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide timely support on inquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Coordinate daily sales activities with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order execution.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Track order processing, delivery timelines, and customer feedback to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team in preparing monthly reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Translate product information, communications, or proposals as required between Arabic and English.
• Support sales representatives during exhibitions, meetings, or project coordination, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in manufacturing, fiberglass, or construction materials.
• Fluent in Arabic (required) and proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred :

• Own Visa candidate

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
