Job Description: South Goa Spa & Resorts Hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our luxurious hospitality services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the South Goa market and client preferences is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and event sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Field sales: 3 years (Required)
