Sales Coordinator

JOB Specification:

· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members.

· Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as quotations, contracts, and presentations.

· Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

· Preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

· Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales activities.

· Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.

· Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team members as required.

· Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the requirement of the customers.

· Has the ability to read any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers.

· Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

· Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the same field are preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in science/Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory for freshers)

· Proficiency in MS-Office, reporting software, ERP.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
