Diploma /B.E./ BCOM Graduate with proven exp. as a Sales coordinator, Good in Mail Correspondence, follow ups, Client interaction, PPT’S, Sending Proposals/Quotation, Preparing Tender Documents & Knowledge of Online tendering. & Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, and Tally), and Proficiency in English. Preferred Engineers.

1. Making the product quotation /estimation as per Sales person requirement.2. Sending Quotations & Proforma Invoices to the customer/ Client. 3. Follow up for conversion of quotation & proforma invoice into final order with client. 4. Follow-up for Proforma Invoice & new leads with the Marketing Team on a timely basis.5. Working on assigned monthly targets & on a newly launched product named Digital Printing. 6. Sending Order of Acceptance after the finalization of orders. 7. Reading of AutoCAD Drawings related to Glass Fabrication.8. Handling inbound calls regarding sales orders and entry in the system.9. Coordination with the Planning, Production & Customer care team to achieve timely dispatches. 10. Follow up for payment. 11. Co-ordination with the sales team and H.O.12. Make the MIS report of the Sales person's daily visit.13. Making the Service & AMC offers for Client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
