As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our expanding sales team in Dubai.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end sales process — from inquiry to delivery — ensuring smooth coordination between clients, partners, and internal teams.

You’ll assist in preparing quotations, tracking follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, documentation, and coordination.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with company standards.
  • Manage and follow up with clients and partners to ensure timely responses and closure of opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries.
  • Conduct basic product demonstrations or presentations when required.
  • Maintain updated sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, quotations, and client interactions.

What We Expect

  • 1–2 years of UAE experience in sales coordination, administration, or operations.
  • Background in security, access control, or identity technology solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to prepare professional quotations and manage client follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, or CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
