A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to clients. They act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments such as purchase, Stores and logistics to streamline the sales process.

Key Skills :

Hands on Experience or Knowledge of ERP/ SAP system 

MS Excel and Word Experience and Knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers. Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores and logistics teams to manage stock levels and shipment schedules.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries about pending order deliveries status. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate quotations. Help with the preparation of sales documents including proposals, contracts
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, including tracking sales orders, client information, and contact details. Ensure that all data is accurately entered and up-to-date
  • Coordination with Departments: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations . This includes coordinating with the finance team for Outstanding, the inventory team for stock management, and the logistics team for delivery schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
