- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending payments
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer details, and order status
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally
- Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Assist in organizing client meetings, product samples, and follow-ups
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
