We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing business and help maintain strong client relationships.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Prepare, format, and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Assist the sales team in following up on pending quotations, invoices, and client feedback.
- Maintain an accurate database of clients, inquiries, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Lab, Survey, Calibration, Finance) to ensure timely service delivery.
Client Interaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for general inquiries, scheduling, and document submissions.
- Support account managers in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
- Manage and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure all client documents, proposals, agreements, and certifications are properly filed and organized.
Administrative Tasks
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange related activities for the sales team.
- Assist with billing follow-ups and coordination with finance when required.
- Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in laboratory services, construction, engineering, or testing industries.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
