Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management
team.
Understanding product offerings of the company.
Quote preparation and sharing with customers on time.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of
delays, arranging delivery dates, ensuring material is delivered on time.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices,
discounts, and product numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring
all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are
handled efficiently.
Invoice submission and ensuring timely remittance of invoices from all the customers.
Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies related to invoice remittances.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
· 2+ years’ experience in similar field .
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
