Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-driven, and bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or brokerage, preferably within the UAE real estate market.

This role involves managing daily operations at the Sales Center, maintaining accurate documentation, handling client interactions, tracking sales progress, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters and will report directly to the CEO.

The successful candidate should be assertive, well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multitasking demands in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining integrity and professionalism in all decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Serve as the main representative at the Sales Center, supervising all sales activities and inquiries.
  • Oversee property bookings, reservations, and end-to-end sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate sales logs, payment records, and project inventory.

Client Management & Interaction

  • Respond to client queries professionally and provide complete project information.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, follow-ups, and support.
  • Arrange meetings, site tours, handover appointments, and attend to customer needs.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare sales documentation, MoUs, SPAs, payment schedules, and handover forms.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to company standards, legal requirements, and RERA regulations.
  • Update CRM systems and sales trackers to reflect real-time progress.

Reporting & Process Evaluation

  • Provide periodic performance reports and sales analytics directly to the CEO.
  • Review and evaluate sales processes and client interactions for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain transparency, clarity, and compliance in reporting and decision-making.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with brokers, banks, transfer offices, and internal departments to ensure deal flow.
  • Handle approvals, pricing clarifications, and decision-making with a firm and unbiased approach.
  • Support ongoing projects and contribute to improving sales efficiency and conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination/brokerage—preferably real estate in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational ability with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical/reporting capability.
  • Confident decision-maker with a firm, dependable personality.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage and preferred.
