SALES COORDINATOR

We are urgently looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the ceramic / tile manufacturing industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare quotations and sales orders using Company format / ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch departments for ceramic tile orders.
• Maintain and update quotation and sales order tracking (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Handle client inquiries and ensure all sales documents are complete and accurate.
• Monitor emails and sales correspondence to avoid miscommunication.
• Prepare basic sales reports for management review.
• Manage walk-in customers and coordinate with available Sales Executives.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in ceramic or building materials industry preferred
• 3–5 years experience in Sales Coordination
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
