Role Overview:

We are looking for a Proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by preparing accurate quotations, managing client communication, and coordinating internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue sales quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

Follow up on pending quotations, invoices, and client feedback.

Maintain client and project records in CRM systems.

Coordinate with Lab, Survey, Calibration, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.

Assist account managers in maintaining strong client relationships.

Prepare sales reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, Most preferably in laboratory services or technical industries.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
