Sales Coordinator

Primary Focus The operational backbone for the sales team, ensuring seamless process execution, timely documentation, and efficient customer support.

Sales Operations Process and track sales orders (quotes, contracts). Coordinate delivery and logistics with internal teams (Inventory/Operations).

Administrative Maintain and update the CRM system. Generate sales reports and forecasts (proficiency in MS Excel is key). Assist field reps with presentations and materials.

CommunicationAct as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and administrative issues. Resolve order discrepancies and facilitate internal communication.

Qualifications1-3 years of experience in sales support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM,MS Excel.
