ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales team performance by leading initiatives, providing continuous assistance, monitoring performance, and offering regular feedback.
  • Implement and manage a streamlined scheduling system to ensure timely follow ups and minimize gaps in appointment availability.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of all sales support documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and relevant to the sales team’s efforts.
  • Supervise the order processing team to ensure all orders are accurately verified, processed, and fulfilled, minimizing errors and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Promote and facilitate teamwork between departments to enhance sales efforts and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and provide insights through comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and tools, with a focus on CRM systems, Excel.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
