Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
Position Purpose:
Applications are invited for the crucial role of Sales Coordinator within I&K Enterprises, the leading Pakistani FMCG company behind the Nexton and De'Lesh brands. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining sales operations and ensuring the accurate processing of orders across all distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and post sales orders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Update distributor bills and monitor the process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and dispatch of goods.
• Actively track and update primary sales orders across all sales forces and distribution networks.
• Monitor Sales Targets vs. Achievements to support performance tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate between sales operations and audit teams to resolve queries related to invoices and trade offers.
• Ensure timely updating of trade offers, manage transport arrangements, and oversee invoice discounts.
• Maintain proper records of sales data.

Qualification: B.com / BS Accounting & Finance / Operations Management
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Location: Lahore

Skills and Attributes:
Necessary:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in automating reports and building interactive dashboards.
• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis to provide meaningful insights for business growth.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks including logistics, audit queries, and financial updates simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy in handling cash payment records and distributor billing.
