We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales staff, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will assist with order processing, documentation, customer communication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Process sales orders and quotations and proposals
  • Liaise with customers regarding order status, pricing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on pending payments
  • Ensure accuracy of contracts, purchase orders, and sales records
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of order processing and logistics coordination is an advantage
