Sales Coordinator

Job description:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Min 4 years’ experience in sales coordination or administration in medical company and inside UAE.
  • Experience in medical equipment / healthcare projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) and related accessories
  • Familiarity with Nurse Call Systems (NCS)
  • Understanding of Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS)
  • Exposure to Modular Operating Theatre (MOT) or healthcare fit-out projects
  • Experience in preparing technical submittals and PQD documents
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
