Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and research potential markets, customers, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Report business development progress to senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and business development experience.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
