Sales Coordinator

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify and research potential markets, customers, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create business plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Report business development progress to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
