Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Construction / MEP / Fire Fighting Systems)

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless communication between clients, sales engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in managing client inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, BOQs, and technical submissions.
  • Track project timelines, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial information.
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales records to monitor pipeline and performance.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client visits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in sales coordination within construction, MEP, or fire fighting systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and industry documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have a valid QID
