Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in an IT distribution company. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with vendors and customers, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pricing lists, and customer databases.
  • Liaise with logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for management.
  • Support tender documentation and contract preparation when required.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with product management teams.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, promotions, and customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT distribution or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales coordination processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with IT products, vendors, and distribution workflows.
  • Experience working with sales reporting tools and order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
