Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, clients, and other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts
  • Coordinate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Coordinate sales meetings, schedules, and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Liaise with finance, marketing, and operations departments to support sales objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
