Anchor NW Property Group is looking for a people-focused, highly detail oriented SALES COORDINATOR to join our team. We are a collaborative, family-owned property management company with 36 beautiful apartment communities throughout the Portland Metro area and a corporate office located in Beaverton.
The SALES COORDINATOR is the first point of contact for our prospective tenants, which makes it a vital role within our team. Your focus will be to ensure positive interactions with prospective tenants by identifying their specific needs and preferences, providing accurate and relevant information and coordinating with our sales team and leasing agents in the field so everyone involved is set up for success. Being highly organized, detailed and a strong communicator is a must!
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours a week, in-office (not remote)
- 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday (w/ Sun & Mon Off)
- 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation:
- $24 - $28/hour (base pay + commission) (depending on experience)

Day to Day Duties:
- Manage all incoming leads via phone, text, and email and assess potential as tenants.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage advertising and promotional efforts, which may include posting and updating ads on our website and other platforms such as Craigslist and Rent.com.
- Verify the accuracy of unit details across platforms on an ongoing basis; adjust as needed.
- Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research surveys.
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, managing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Generate reports or maintain databases related to sales activities.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills*:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with SUPERB attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate records and schedules.
- Ethical and professional conduct in dealing with sensitive tenant information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and policies.
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends and evenings, and be willing to assist as needed during emergencies.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Report unusual issues to management.
- Maintaining a positive, business-like image while representing Anchor NW Property Group.
