Myeproserco LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Communicate with clients to follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Assist in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products/services
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
