Myeproserco LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in administrative tasks
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries
  • Assist in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products/services
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
