Position: Sales Support Engineer <p>Location: Sharjah, UAE</p> <p>Remuneration: as per industry standard but not a constraint for the right candidate</p> Required qualifications <ul> <li>Graduation in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering</li> <li>1 to 3 years' experience in Sales Support/Inside Sales</li> <li>Diploma engineers with 5 years' experience in the relevant business function may also apply</li> <li>Excellent intelligence and skill to understand customers' requirements</li> <li>Good learning aptitude</li> <li>Excellent analytical skill</li> <li>Good command over MS Excel, Word & Outlook</li> </ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Review enquiry/RFQ together with drawing/specification</li> <li>Selection of most appropriate product, calculating price and preparing quotation</li> <li>Communicate with customers and Sales team to address query, if any</li> <li>Answering & clarifying queries</li> <li>Order review & preparation of Sales Order</li> <li>Preparing Sales quotation & Coordination with Sales Personnel</li> </ul>

Coordinate directly with customers and the sales team to review technical enquiries, select suitable products, prepare accurate quotations, and process sales orders.
