We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills to support sales operations, manage customer follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal abilities, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and customers regarding inquiries and orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management on customer requirements
  • Maintain customer records, sales logs, and follow-up trackers
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email correspondence professionally
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and client visits
  • Ensure smooth communication/ liaison between customers and internal departments
  • Update Excel sheets/sales reports regularly
  • Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, sales support, customer service, or administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, ERP preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales coordination or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with the retail/sports industry
  • Professional phone etiquette and client handling skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales Coordination: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Support: 1 year (Required)
