We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills to support sales operations, manage customer follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal abilities, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and customers regarding inquiries and orders
- Coordinate with the sales team and management on customer requirements
- Maintain customer records, sales logs, and follow-up trackers
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email correspondence professionally
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and client visits
- Ensure smooth communication/ liaison between customers and internal departments
- Update Excel sheets/sales reports regularly
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, sales support, customer service, or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, ERP preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales coordination or customer service roles
- Familiarity with the retail/sports industry
- Professional phone etiquette and client handling skills
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
