Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client relations, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and client coordination
• Prepare sales reports, contracts, and related documentation
• Manage and update client databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal departments
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients
• Support in booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, and handover processes
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all sales transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or sales coordination (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preffered Own Visa / Spouse Visa
