Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales team. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle from order entry and quotation preparation to customer follow-up and management reporting, ensuring every moving part runs smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do
- Receive, enter, and track customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, coordinating directly with the factory to ensure timelines are met
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering product performance and trends
- Support the sales team with up-to-date pricing, stock availability, and product information
- Maintain and update the customer database, tracking active and inactive accounts
- Coordinate invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up with clients when needed
- Prepare accurate, timely price quotations in line with company policies
- Handle customer complaints, delivery delays, and stock discrepancies with professionalism and urgency
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar operational role
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working across clients and internal teams
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools
- Solid understanding of sales operations and customer behavior
- Experience with CRM systems or customer management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Basic negotiation skills with clients
