Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving sales, promoting products, and enhancing customer engagement for the company’s trading division. This role involves direct interaction with customers, product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Promotion

  • Promote and sell company products to customers (retail or B2B as applicable)
  • Actively approach potential customers and explain product features and benefits
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

2. Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team

3. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
  • Stay updated on new product launches and market trends
  • Demonstrate products effectively to customers

4. Merchandising & Display

  • Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
  • Maintain clean and attractive product presentations
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates
  • Coordinate with the trading and sales teams on targets and promotions
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
