Sales Coordinator

The Role
Position Title: Sales Coordinator (8 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 5,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE About the Hiring Company: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system • Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records • Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage
