Sales Coordinator – KRF Services LLC (Jahra, Kuwait)

KRF Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and help drive business growth in Jahra and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or tracking systems
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client requests in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries for management
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
