Sales Coordinator – KRF Services LLC (Jahra, Kuwait)
KRF Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and help drive business growth in Jahra and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or tracking systems
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client requests in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries for management
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
