Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and serve as a key liaison between clients and the company. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.

Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Monitor sales activities, client requests, and order progress.

Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
