Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the IT industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process, generating leads, coordinating with customers and vendors, and promoting our networking and IT solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, sales coordination capabilities, and a basic understanding of networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead-generation activities.
  • Promote the company's IT products, networking solutions, and services to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions or coordinate with technical teams for detailed consultations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the external sales team to support ongoing opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, networking technologies, and Cisco product offerings.
  • Assist management in preparing sales reports and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer-facing roles within the IT industry.
  • Exposure to networking technologies, IT infrastructure solutions, and Cisco products is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to customers.·
  • Previous experience in B2B IT sales or networking solutions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE IT market and customer landscape is an advantage.
