About the company

We're a UAE-based manufacturer of high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon solar panels and advanced BIPV facade systems. We supply partners across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Europe, offering fast delivery from UAE warehouses and OEM/private-label manufacturing capabilities.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven Sales Coordinator / Account manager to strengthen our international sales team.

Position Overview

This is a strategic, international sales role where you will drive the adoption of our proprietary technology across dynamic markets including GCC, MENA, Africa, and Europe. You will be responsible for managing major international accounts and capitalize on the massive global shift towards integrated renewables.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, EPC companies, developers, and construction/facade firms.
  • Drive sales of our solar modules (up to 740W) and BIPV architectural solutions.
  • Handle sales support cycle.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline in CRM and deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with operations on stock availability, logistics, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Support partners with technical documentation, certifications, and product training.
  • Identify new market opportunities across GCC, MENA, Africa, and Europe.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in solar, construction materials, or electrical equipment.
  • Global Mindset: Comfortable with an international client base and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills, and a target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Edge: An understanding of PV technologies (monocrystalline, TOPCon, N-Type, BIPV) is a distinct advantage.
  • Language: Fluent English is required; additional fluency in Arabic, Turkish, or French is a strong asset.
