Overview of the Role

This role is about more than selling cars-it's about building trust, delivering experiences, and representing a brand that is redefining mobility. The primary focus will be to act as the link between the various roles in the branch and external service providers such as workshops, drivers, and regulatory agencies to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery to the customer each time, while maintaining error free transaction records of purchases and invoicing at Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi Electric Mobility branches.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate all vehicle deliveries each day by ensuring vehicles are sent to the workshop for cleaning and servicing; ensure accessories are fitted as per customer specifications and the vehicle is prepared for delivery with zero errors and omissions.
  • Ensure timely and complete documentation for vehicle registration, including insurance, number plates, relevant documents, invoicing, sales letters and gate passes, to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure that all demo cars are cleaned, fuelled, and thoroughly checked and kept ready for test drives for each day.
  • Conduct physical and system inventory checks daily to inform Branch Sales Managers and Sales Executives of available stocks.
  • Oversee vehicle display at the location to ensure compliance with required standards.

About the Team

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales team and broader internal and external stakeholders.

What Equips You for the Role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Efficient coordination of day to day retail operations.
