In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring operational excellence by supporting the sales team, managing customer communication, and coordinating logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, order status, and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and the warehouse team to guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries.
• Maintain and update all sales activities, customer information, and order records with high accuracy in our CRM system.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Proactively follow up on sales leads, quotes, and customer orders to assist the sales team in achieving their targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and hands-on experience with CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the building materials, construction, or hardware trading industry.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic.
