Job Description
The Sales Coordinator – CIS Markets provides administrative, organizational, and sales support to the CIS Sales team within the Rixos Sales Corporate Office. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and contributes to achieving sales objectives in the CIS region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support

Assist the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in managing accounts within the CIS markets.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and official correspondence for clients and partners.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information, booking details, and activity logs.
Coordination & Administration

Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits for CIS partners.

Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and market analyses.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Act as a liaison between the CIS Sales team and hotels to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
Client Interaction

Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for information, and general correspondence.

Follow up on pending proposals, contracts, and payments to ensure timely closure.

Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate clients in the CIS region.
Sales Activities

Assist in the preparation and participation of trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows related to the CIS markets.

Track and report monthly sales activities, revenues, and market trends.

Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives targeted at the CIS region.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.

Strong knowledge of the CIS markets and travel trends is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English; Russian language proficiency highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
