Sales Coordinator- Corporate Travel & Tourism (Outdoor Sales)

Job Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator will focus on outdoor sales and corporate account acquisition, building strong relationships with companies to secure bulk business for staff travel, including visa processing, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services. The role requires proactive client acquisition, regular market visits, and strong networking skills to grow the company’s B2B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to offer travel & tourism services (visas, tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages).
  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to build relationships with HR departments, admin teams, and decision-makers of companies.
  • Secure contracts for handling the entire staff travel needs of corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored travel proposals, agreements, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through new business development.
  • Maintain strong after-sales service by ensuring smooth booking processes and quick problem resolution.
  • Update CRM with leads, visits, and account status.
  • Provide management with reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in travel & tourism / airlines / ticketing / hospitality / corporate services.
  • Strong B2B sales and networking skills with the ability to approach companies directly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor client meetings.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and visa processes
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
