Job Description


The Sales Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales operations, client engagement, and internal coordination. The role is responsible for managing documentation, tracking opportunities, supporting bid submissions, and coordinating with internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR) to facilitate the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with the Bid/Presales team.

  • Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM records, and pipeline reports to provide accurate data for management.

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for vendor registration, pricing requests, and customer invoicing.

  • Prepare and process sales-related documents such as NDAs, contracts, and client correspondence.

  • Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting agendas/minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and ensure smooth communication between Sales, Operations, and Clients.

  • Provide administrative support for RFP/RFQ responses including formatting, document control, and compliance checks.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management review.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.

  • Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with CNS policies and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support (preferably in IT/System Integration industry).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
