We are looking for an experienced
Sales Coordinator
with expertise in MS Office, handling inquiries from ADNOC and other key clients / drilling contractors.
Expert using ARIBA Portal , Work and product group registration with ADNOC .
Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and submit tenders.

Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

Complete WG & PG documentation.
-
Maintain organized records and generate sales reports.
-
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
-
Liaise with production and be and end to end execution specialist.
Requirements
-
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and tender procedures.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Experience: 2-3 years in sales coordination in UAE is preferred.
