Urgent requirement for Sales Coordinator - expertise in MS Office, handling inquiries from organization and other key clients / drilling contractors.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with expertise in MS Office, handling inquiries from ADNOC and other key clients / drilling contractors. Expert using ARIBA Portal, Work and product group registration with ADNOC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and submit tenders.
  • Handle client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
  • Complete WG & PG documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and generate sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with production and serve as an end-to-end execution specialist.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and tender procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • 2-3 years in sales coordination in UAE preferred.
