Sales Coordinator (Female)

A well-known company “Aftab sons writing instruments industries (Signature) is looking for a female Sales Coordinator to support its sales team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Coordinate between sales officers, distributors, and management for smooth execution of tasks.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on orders.
• Compile sales data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Support in planning promotional activities and campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Ensure effective communication across departments.

Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Education: BS Computer Science or ICS.
• Experience in sales coordination or related role will be a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
