Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator (Female) will be responsible in assisting the review of pre-sale proposals, and preparation and administration of sales orders. He/she will collaborate with the production team and clients to ensure products adhere to client specifications. Success in this role will be demonstrated by proactively participating in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Sales Manager in the implementation of the company’s sales initiatives and strategies
- Participates in both selling and administrative operations of the company
- Designs sales strategies and processes
- Generates reports regarding the status of the department
- Maintains files systems and database of sales records
- Responds to client concerns
- Maintains customer relations and satisfaction
- Prepares PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other similar fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Sales Coordinator
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and sales applications
- Excel skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in multitasking
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to travel when needed
- Any nationality

Salary Offer:

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
