Looking for a female candidate for the position of Coordinator.
Candidates from Sharjah emirate with spouse visa preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Job description / Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales engineers and prepare quotations, technical submittal and other documents to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to understand the requirements and provide necessary support.
- Prepare work orders and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Production department & Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain and update records for quotations and orders received .
- Regularly follow up with customers to generate new enquiries as well as payment for delivered orders.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel& Word
- Multi lingual proficiency is preferred.
Transportation will be provided from Muweilah area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
