- Support the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price estimates for products and create quotations and proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking and follow-up on all opportunities.
- Coordinate sales meetings and conference calls, prepare sales presentations, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors, providing insights to help develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of all sales-related activities with company goals and objectives.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related position
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in the ICT industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field
