Sales Coordinator [full-time, in person in wellness medical clinic, must have 2+yrs experience]

Position Overview

Humanaut Health is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and following up with inbound leads, providing administrative support to the Sales team, guiding prospective members through the Humanaut experience, and helping them understand how our services can support their health goals.

This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a genuine interest in helping people improve their health. The Sales Coordinator will report to Humanaut’s VP of Sales and will work closely with clinic staff and leadership to ensure a seamless experience from first inquiry to enrollment, working at our flagship clinic in Austin, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective members via phone, email, and online channels
  • Conduct initial outreach to new leads and schedule consultations with the clinic team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled
  • Track all lead activity and communication within the clinic’s CRM system

Sales Support

  • Guide prospective members through Humanaut’s services, programs, and membership options
  • Help prospects understand the value of Humanaut’s preventative and longevity-focused care model
  • Support the conversion of interested prospects into active members
  • Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth transition into care

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and conversion outcomes
  • Monitor pipeline activity and assist leadership in tracking lead conversion metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve the lead response process and member acquisition workflow
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, client coordination, or lead management
  • Interest in preventative health, longevity, and performance optimization
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, concierge medicine, or membership-based services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-up timelines
  • Experience using CRM systems or lead tracking tools
  • Ability to represent Humanaut’s mission and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
