Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, client coordination, and internal communication.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for corporate and group bookings.
  • Maintain and update the client database, sales trackers, and follow-up schedules to ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Front Office, Banquet, and F&B departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
  • Handle client inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure proper communication and documentation of all sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and assist in organizing promotional events or sales visits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or coordination role within the hotel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, PMS, CRM systems).
  • Other: Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
