Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with strong logistics experience to support our fast-paced flight case manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end coordination between sales, production, logistics, and international clients, ensuring timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Experience in similar industries such as custom manufacturing, industrial packaging, Furniture manufacturing ,export-based production, or flight case businesses across UK, US, UAE, or KSA markets will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Act as the primary support to the sales team for handling customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with international clients and distributors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Order Processing & Production Follow-Up

• Manage complete order lifecycle from confirmation to dispatch.
• Coordinate closely with production and planning teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery commitments.
• Track production progress and provide regular updates to sales and customers.

Logistics & Shipping Management

• Handle domestic and international logistics coordination including freight forwarders, courier partners, and shipping agents.
• Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COO, delivery notes, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/KSA and international shipping regulations.

Coordination & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipment schedules, and customer communication.
• Support in inventory coordination for dispatch-ready goods and raw material requirements.
• Assist in managing ERP/order tracking systems and reporting.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with departments including Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support management with coordination of urgent or high-priority orders in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales coordination with logistics responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial product firms (flight cases, packaging, preferred).
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and export documentation.
• Familiarity with markets such as UK, US, UAE, and KSA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines.
• Working experience in FAST paced company
